Resolved Name this 2G connector

Does anybody know what connector this is for? Its right before the rear O2 connector. Mine has been tampered with and I just want to be sure that it's not important and try to understand why someone would have tampered with it.

Starter/ignition relay?

Agree, the wire colors match the starter relay on a 2g.
