Looking to get a new exhaust. I have used the Ebay one before and was happy with the sound & fit was not too bad.

I plan on running about 350-400HP when car is all done. Should i just get the cheap Ebay one & use the money for other mods. Or man up & spend $500+ for a nice cat back.....

a pipe is a pipe is a pipe. the exhaust note and fitment is all that is going to be different

People have mixed emotions. I have en ebay exhaust, and love it. Fitment is perfect, and sound is great. I love it, spent $180 shipped for the catback 3 years ago. Still rust free, and sounds great.

Don't really care for either. I will be getting a custom one made :D

Ya, I been the same in the past...For some reason I am getting a Name Brand fever with this car..I bought the SRS one on my last GSX...I needed to tweak the downpipe some but was pretty happy with the results.

Thanks

I just installed a SRS system on my '97 GSX; everything seems great, but one of the mounts isn't even close to being in the right location....hell it's not even on the correct side of the pipe compared to the factory pipe I removed. Looks like I'll be doing a little fabrication.
