N/T with added Turbo or Turbo Car....

Ok, I couldn't word the title that great so here is my question. Mind you I did do a search but came up empty handed, sorry if this has been posted before. But anywho here goes. Is there a difference between a N/T with a turbo and a car that come's with a turbo? Would the Turbo go faster or the N/T(w/ Turbo) go faster? Will the N/T with turbo have more problem's then with a turbo car? I have a 95 GSX but just wanted to know the difference. I've been lurking here awhile and am still a newbie to the whole Turbo and modding your car. Thank's for the input!

a NA car with a turbo slapped on - can only run up to around 8 psi.
It would prob have the same NA ecu - with the stock fuel maps.
etc blah blah.. a factory turbo'd car is deff better.

DEF choose the turbo car over the N/T Turbo, the turbo will be more reliable, get better power (assuming its stock with same psi) And you dont need to rebuild the motor to lower the compression. Oh you also dont get the option of AWD (grr i should have waited ) but yeah, turbo... everything is already set up from the factory, all u need to do is upgrade

Definatly just get a turbo car, a friend of mine just finished a turbo conversion (with manual cams, 450's, and manual ECU) but he still has insane fuel management problem (waiting for DSMlink), idle issues, and finding a clutch that held was a PITA.
