n/a head vs. turbo head

ok so my friend has a n/a head with turbo cams in it is it the same as the turbo head since it has the turbo cams in it would it be better then my 7bolt head if i did the swap?

is valves and lifter the same? comparing n/a to turbo

From all that I have read, Yes 6 bolt head are the same. Yes, trubo cams make the head and m/t are not same as a/t. Yes, more flow with 6 bolt
You will need to search for more info. on the swap, as they are little diffrent. Hope this helps you out, all info is in the VFAQ that you will need. Good luck!
