Anyone have an idea where these thres wires are supposed to connect to? It starts with a connector on the driver side and ends cut on the intake manifold.

Hmmm....red, blue, and black...mine's all lit up in the garage I'll go check for you.
 
I have those exact 3 wires, but they are running from the plug that plugs into the power tr, and they just run into my wiring harness grommet. Are you having any driveability issues?
