Mystery tug on the steering wheel?

Tug, as in just more resistance than usual, or as in a lot of resistance during the whole turn?

Is it more pronounced at higher speeds and sharper turns?

Yeah, air is good. have a rim with a lightly bent lip, but moved it to the rear and made no change (been repaired, just not too well, LOL).

And I was thinking possibly cv joints too, wasn't sure if theyd cause that or not though.

How can I for sure check them?

Thanks, Ryan
