Definitely not a 1g (Ports are arranged differently)

& Definitely not a 2g (TPS cartridge is on the wrong side)

Im gonna have to go with Julia

= JDM TB

The one we have that looks like that is from an N/T, so I cannot say for sure if the turbo is the same. But, everything is backwards on it, so I am not sure of fittment.

That's not a JDM throttle body from a turbo 4g63. I have a handful of them in my garage, they are identical to the U.S. throttle body with the exception of the vacuum ports.

I thought all the US throttle bodies had a flange to bolt on a elbow, and had the throttle cable on the back, but this throttle cable is on the front, and it looks like I should just clamp and cylicone coupler onto it. Here are a few more pictures for it.

Only the turbo models have the bolt on elbow. The N/T 4Gs had a flange similar to that one but everything is in different locations. I am not sure what you have because everything is in the wrong location but it looks like it could be off an evo IV and up series
4G6# engine. Just speculation though, and it would require alot of fabrication to get it to work on any USDM 4g63 engine.
