Resolved My Talon sounds like its camming, RPM jumps. Maybe bad ECU????

It's like the problems with this car just don't stop. I've returned it back to stock in order to sell it, but can't get it to run properly. I recently removed my APEXi NEO and reconnected severed wires. Still, before then, I had idle problems thought to be fixed with vacuum problems.

I just went into the garage to start the car. The car starts and immediately had idle surges and dips. It goes from 1500 to 800 RPM at a rate of once per second. It sounds like a freakin built rotory engine.

Anyone have a clue what's going on?

Either your FIAV is bad, or the ISC motor, I would say both just to be sure. Long story short, get a rebuild t-body with a good ISC motor, and don't forget to get the block off plate, idle problems solved. Throttlebodys.Com

Crap. After checking it out, it seems to be the ISC. I did the Ohm check, and it failed. Unfortunately, the second one from a donor engine that I had is also screwed.

I think I'll try my luck at rebuilding it. I do have two, so I guess it wouldn't hurt.
