Is this ok, what do i need to do??
 
I would suggest getting rid of the knock that starts at 3,600rpm's. Try to add some fuel
and see if the knock decreases, then the timing should increase.

Are you running stock injectors? 450's?
I don't have my maf instructions handy, so could you describe the % rich or lean each setting is at, i.e. Base 2= -10% (doubt that is right).

Also, I would recommend logging throttle position sensor. It's tough to tell when you go WOT/100% throttle, unless your whole log is for WOT. Also what gear, 3rd?

I don't know why, or what injectors you are running, but I was say you are super rich. Is black smoke coming out your exhaust?! Because from 2100rpm on, your o2 voltages is 1.0. I think (don't quote me) that it should be around .88v for a 1g car. And of course you can't tune off of o2 voltages, but they can give you an idea of where you are at. And you have knock from 3600rpm to 6500rpm; that should be tuned out. I just think your maf settings are just too rich; I'll have to go see if I can find the ABCDEF values to percentage conversions.

EDIT:
Base = 2 - for 1g, this is set to 450cc
Idle = 3 - for 1g, believe this is 15% richer?
Mid = E - for 1g, believe this is -10% leaner?
WOT = D - for 1g, believe this is -15% leaner?
If the above is true, then you're settings aren't that off. How are your fuel trims? You might need to set base 1 click leaner, but to do this, they sugguest driving at 60mph, and using the base knob to get the high fuel trim to 100%.
 
if i try to run leaner, wont i knock even more??, i want to get a wideband o2 bc its wierd that im knocking if my o2`s are so high, is that bc my air charge temp is so hot or bc i have a lot of carbon deposits in the chamber or what?? i logged the air temp and it was 82 degrees (celcius im pretty sure)
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the MAFT send out a fixed intake air temperature of about 80 degrees? So, once you go MAFT, you can't depend on a logger to tell you the real intake air temperature anymore.
 
Your definately not lean and you can also get rich knock. I wouldn't run more than 15psi personally on stock injectors
