Look RamNutsack, you clocked in at 9:50 at your own accord, the company is not obligated to pay you until your scheduled time of 10:00. Then you clocked out early (5:50) in which you were supposed to not clock out until 6, thus you were docked 10min pay.

Its really not rocket science. Just because you put in 8hrs, doesnt mean it was the 8hrs the company wanted you to work, which you failed in doing so.

You really need to find a salaried job or one that is more lenient with hours worked. Mine I can show up 7:40 and work till 4:10 (with 1/2hr lunch) or show up 8:25 and work to 4:55 (with 1/2hr lunch) or show up at 8:00 and leave at 5:00 with 1hr lunch. They are flexible with hours and as long as I can justify it, are OK with 30min OT daily if necessary.

Youll really like Salary, you get paid for 40hrs no matter if you work 38 or 48......

I'd rather just find a job where I do real physical work but not get paid crap. $8-10 is what they pay around my area, total crap for busting your ass. I would have to be at a place more than 5 years to not even be where my pay is now. Yes, I am serious. The company really doesn't care when people work, it's the paychex system, NOT MY EMPLOYER. My employer is having to fight paychex on getting these regulations removed and if they don't they will switch payroll companies. The way we punched before with the RF cars we would get paid the same amount week to week no matter of the time accumulated because people were hired salary, then they took that away from people when the new payroll came into play. Shit, I didn't even punch at all for months because the time clock was broken and I still got paid. I would only take salary if it was a job near $100k because they CAN keep you there for as long as they want. 35, 40, 48, 60, 72 hours a week, or more, but the same pay. To me only a 6-digit salary would make that worthwhile. I was contemplating, in my head, some kind of armed services the other night, but I would only do so if I knew I wasn't going to be shipped off into war. I also wouldn't mind just getting away because I've had enough of my relatives and so-called friends anymore.

Outsourcing is cheap for companies because they don't have to follow any labor laws. People's work attitudes are diminishing because they are getting paid less and less while cost of living is going up, and they know their job could be lost at any time. This country used to be so prosperous. Not everyone wants to live like illegal immigrants packing 20 people into a house and a mini van, like rats. Prosperity is not just about making money, it's also about standard of living. Yes, I could choose to join up with 20 other people, work at the same place, get a van, pack us all in, and never clean ourselves, but that's poor quality of life. Outsourced Chinese are making like $150 a month at best. These poor people, along with illegal immigrants are living like total crap because that's what they're used to and don't care.

And if you want better pay then you have to work for it, not just bi*** about it. 6digits!? You hav to put your time in (3-5yrs at the same place min.) to get that type of pay.

And if you really think immigrants don't care about the situation they are in then you sir have a smaller brain than a hamster. They sometimes live in rough conditions, but they are all working their ass off and working towards something better, so they can get out of the hell hole they may be in.

As for military service they probably wouldn't even let you join due to mental incapacity.

Yeah, because someone's opinions makes an IQ I don't believe the illegal immigrants of these days give two shits about their hygiene or situation. If they did it wouldn't take long to get out of it. It's all they knew and all they ever will know. You think I would expect to get a job starting at 6 figures? Hell, if it only took 3-5 years anywhere to get into pay like that my attitude would be a lot better, but pay like that is reserved for people with degrees and fake personalities. I tell people I work with anywhere how it is, if I hate them or not. People with lack of personality like me don't get very far because we don't ever lie or brown nose just to get ahead. Call me stupid but anyone here can agree that I am very smart, just with a lot of issues. I just don't feel I belong at a place like this (they really don't care about people) and I will continue to look for jobs that interest me. It doesn't hurt to always look, and I always do.

And I welcome anyone to try to take my job for cheaper. Go ahead. If they lay me off because they want to pay someone to do my work for cheaper I WILL get unemployment. I don't care what kind of shit I spew here about the job. It's just venting.

When I laid carpet for 2 years we never got raises. Because it was commercial, and the immigrant carpet layers would constantly undercut us on prices because they would have fewer people do more jobs a day, but they were horrible jobs. They would wear spiked shoes, run, and jump to stretch the carpet. Their seams were shit. Our company was called in constantly to fix their mistakes, and between the initial job plus repairs it ended up costing more, but initial cost is what attracts buyers. Same thing with carpet from Home Depot for residences. They won't install a whole house of carpet for $100, there's a lot of fine print, but it's the initial cost that distracts the buyer from the lie. I worked with people that laid carpet for decades and their work sucked total ass. I made $11 an hour minus an hour for drive time for a skilled trade, was sore most days, and almost cut off my fingers a few times. The same goes for Chinese-made CRAP, it will fail because it's shit and you will end up spending more to either fix whatever it is or replace it over and over. I can't speak for all Americans, but this is the kind of shit that pisses me off and is why the economy is failing.

I'm not surprised you have horrible credit - sounds like you've made just a few mistakes in your short lifetime so far.

Working on cars is retarded. Say you are doing something and bolts snap or something else breaks just because of condition. Then you have to deal with the customer's wrath when things are deviated from the estimate. I did fine doing oil changes, but places that make all their cash off doing quick flat-rate work are retarded. I'd rather do work carefully and slowly than be in a race.

As for my credit, yes borrowing money is a mistake now in my eyes. I borrowed and got a credit card when I had a good job before things started failing in the economy. It's not that major. $3k for a TV, $1k for credit card, $2.5k for the IRS. The IRS will get my money by deducting what I owe from my returns. Anything else will wait until I make enough to support myself to have extra cash to actually pay shit off. I will never borrow money for anything ever again. Not even a house. It's sad that people borrowing money is what backs currency...
