my interpretations of first log - comments please?

hey guys
this is my first log
mods that apply:
2.5" catback, intake, 1G BOV, T25@18PSI, 93 octane

to me, my timing looks great in the 5k's and up, but really low before that. timing it one thing that i have had problems digging up info on, so help with tuning/timing would be much appreciated.

my (brand new oem) o2 sensor is reading .96-.98 the entire time, so i guess i'm running a bit richer than i could be? why would i be lean on a stock fuel system if i've done nothing but get more air flowing? would leaning out the lower rpm's a bit bring my timing up? (safc II going in tomorrow)

let me know what you guys think

oh, and guys.. is there any unsafe timing that i deffinitely don't want to see? (what's a good/safe range for the timing to be at?)

3rd gear, i was full throttle the entire time (looks like i let up on the 69xx)

yeah, i know the rpms started out super low. that doesn't really matter though, right?
 
Looks to me like your tuning is okay. 2G's take a dip in timing at the low end of the rpm range. As long as it makes a steady climb back up to 19-22* by the time you hit redline, you're doing fine. You can try to lean it out, but I don't see any reason to do so.
 
Top end looks perfect. The low timing down low is kinda weird though.

What software are you using, i've never seen timing displayed to the half of a degree.
 
i'm using obd-2.com's setup on my laptop to log..

and yeah, i thought the super low timing on the low end was weird too....

that couldn't be real knock could it? could phantom knock explain it?

i havn't figured out how to run the diagnostic tests on my car with this software yet, but i've been meaning to.. cause i always fail a bunch during inspection (evap sensor or something (i have a bad evap solenoid, just figured that out.. that might be it), and some other stuff... can't remember)
