Looks halfway decent to me!
But in the future you will want to stomp the gas at 2500rpm, include TPS readings and take it to 7grand.

This will give you a better picture of whats going on.

Thanks for the advice. I will do another log tomorrow and post up my numbers. I will eventually be running 20psi. but i want to take my time to get there and make sure everything is running good. Is that knock at 4700rpms? Should my timing be so high up to 3500rpms?

Thanks again,
brandon

It could be knock but since it only drops a degree and then comes right back up its not something I would worry about. How ever when you raise the boost keep an eye out. Yes if you look at just about any log the timing is high and the o2 is low untill 3500ish. When it drops like thats usually also a sign of full boost, or at least boosting.

Yep, that's knock. Anywhere you see the timing dip it shows up. As for the timing, it should start high and then drop around when the turbo spools.

Should i try to get those o2 numbers up befor 4700rpms or are they fine? By the look of this log does everything seem in good shape and motor happy? I will be installing my uego and front mount in the next couple weeks. So i will also be tuning with a wideband.

Thanks,
brandon

You could bring that .9 to a .92 just for a nice curve but renember the narrow band is not perfect, I wouldn't change anything till you get that uego. That way you'll really know. I'd say it looks like its all in good working order. You can rest well. :thumb:

Thanks for your help. I will take another log tomorrow with the tps readings. I will also do it from 2500rpms all the way to 7000rpms and see what my numbers are. I will be installing my uego and front mount in like two weeks. Then i will be running 20 - 22psi on my evo3 16g.

Once you check your TPS readings a couple times, and confirm that your at 100%, you don't need to include that in logs. You just want to do it a few times to make sure its good.

Your timing did hold from 3700-4700 rpm at 9 degrees, but your o2 volts still looked good. What are your AFC settings?

Should it not hold at 9 degrees like that?

Ok well I have done two logs today so far.

This first one is with tps.

Not Always true! At times you can see knock from running too rich. If the o2 sensor is say .02 under correct then it would really be at 1.00 and thats way too rich. Seriously leave it where it is untill you get the wideband. This log had a better curve low and then got a little funky up top so leave the boost, worst case you are running rich/safe.

No, you can tune just fine right now. You dont have to have a wideband too tune. Thats bull, although it helps. Richen it up a bit from 6k on and see what happens. Just 2% at each point above 6k. Then post another log. Your not getting knock from running to rich either, its not like your o2 readings are totally sky high.

Ok i just did another log with adding 2% fuel.
