Yeah, I saw this a few weeks ago... Dude is amazing.
Have you guys seen "Ong Bak" or any of the clips from the making of it? He doesn't do things that are a stupid(IMHO) as this guy, but his stuff is unreal. If you guys want I'll post one of the "Making Of" videos from it - it's all in Thai though

The thing that I have to wonder about is how this guy trained for this stuff. I'm sure he does a lot of 1 legged squats and frog jumps to build explosiveness in his legs, but c'mon now - how do you figure out you can jump from one building to another without doing it? And what happens if you're out doing this and you're having a bad day (We all do)? If you screw up, you plummet to your doom - I don't think I could come to grips with that.
I don't know that I'm amazed he's stupid enough to do it or pissed off 'cause his balls are bigger than mine

well i watched the jump/Britain and i was amazed by it. and i was wondering who all does it, is goin to start and what you all think about this. Are there any us based websites on it. places to get info etc. just basically talk what you know and would like to know about this sport.

haha i was watching that too. i wish i could run farther than 10 feet without keeling over cause id be all over that.

i remember doing stuff like that when i was a kid(though not to that extent), over at the junior college campus on weekends.

but im too old for that stuff now. maybe if i was more fit.........


i think they should have races. point A to B, but the chaser has to mimick the moves of the leader. kinda like horse. but the point is not to get to the destination as fast as possible, but to lose the chaser by out-stunting him.

Has anyone heard of a film called yamikaze (sounds like Kami-kazi). Is that what this is, film came out like 3-4 years ago and was pretty badass. Never knew what the actual name of it was though.

Thats so badass, I'm actually doing some agility training right now to get back in shape for hockey, if I can find some good spots I will start practicing the basics so eventually I could do that once or twice a week to supplement my speed training. Just think of how you could outrun the cops in the right situation.

start small
when we started to go big we would go to gymnastics gym (like for little girls)
