Toronto,
So I was reading these forums and came to conclusion that I should get
MagnaFlow Cat Part #94009 (3")
MagnaFlow Muffler #14828 (3" inlet and 4" outlet)

(Overall I want 3” exhaust system)

And bring these to my muffler shop and tell them to custom bend 3" pipes (from DP to the muffler) and install the whole thing.

What do you guys think? That’s a good idea and cost efficient? Anyone has this setup? How does this system sound? I also want to pass Ontario Emissions and not get stopped by cops all the time...

Any feedback would be appreciated

how much though?
Actually got their number from google and they said $600CAD Cash with CAT and muffler provided... I think the price is too high for that... counting that muffler and cat gonna cost me 180 CAD shipped... What do you guys think? Any good shops in GTA (greater toronto area) that can do this?

That doesn't seem that bad of a price for a muffler shop to do it. There is a guy on ca.dsm.org who makes up exhausts for other members, and he charges the same price. $600 with your own cat/muffler

Well in this case I am happy but confused at the same time… Then buying FULL catback and DP and installing it yourself be cheaper then… But I heard that buying Muffler, cat and get muffler shop doing it for you be cheaper… I guess when they do it custom; it will be better quality work? Just want to find out benefits in doing this.
