Need Vacuum help on my new setup!

Looking for some help on how to route my vacuum lines with my new setup.
I have included a diagram of what needs to be connected.

Any help is appreciate on how to connect all of these properly with the nipples I currently have on my SMIM and TB.

Little info to help:

Using a JMF SMIM- has four nipple on the bottom side
have a evo3 16 turbo with no nipple on the Jpipe

Run the wg and BoV to a T that goes to the mani, and then you can run the boost gauge/map sensor on a T as well, and then the fpr to the last one. That's what I would do on your setup
