Well i got my EVO 16G put on yesterday by the man Chai from Van Nuys, CA. I highly recommend him if you have any question just PM me. My mods are in my profile so you can see i pretty much have all the supporting mods execpt for FMIC, S-AFC, Pocketlogger, and injectors. The turbo has amazing spool up it starts about 2800 RPM and hits full boost about 3400RPM. For right now i have the MBC set at 15PSI i was driving it all day with no creep. However, at night it would creep after 5000RPM I guess the colder air has something to do with it
Along with the EVO 16G i got the SBR manifold too. Let me tell you this thing is HUGE, it is so big that Chai had to modify the heatsheat and take off the engine hoist because the flange was so THICK. The J-Pipe that comes from SBR did require some trimming of the shroud but not a big deal.
My impressions are that the EVO 16G is the real deal. It offers a very streetable and powerful package for people who dont want to go too wild with their mods. It is a very solid turbo and i would recommend it to anyone who just wants more pep in their car but dont want to go all the way to a 50-Trim. I give it a 8.5 out of 10
