OK so this is a new thread cuss the last one every one told me my power transistor was bad witch it turns out it isn't so heres my compression ROFL ROFL

cylinder #1 --140psi
cylinder#2--0 psi grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :barf:
cylinder#3--130psi
cylinder#4--140 psi

what happend was i was at wot and then car started to run on 3 cylinders. and has till now. so if any one knows how i could fix this or what more could be wrong. or how it happend that would help out allot i plane on doing a full rebuild of the bottom end.

that sucks i have been there you will need to pull the head have it checked could be warp head gasket could be blown as to what Caused it don't know what were your gauges doing?

Im sure the car still starts with the one 0 compression right.

So start the car, and pull the spark plug wire from the cylinder that shows bad compression: the car should not act any different.

Then do the same with another plug wire to a cylinder with good compression, the car will vibrate more.

If the above is true that means most probable that you have a bad coilpack... To make sure that is the case, what you can do now is pull the plug from the coil pack that leads to the cylinder that has 0 compression and you will see that there is no spark coming from there.

All you need to do is change the coil pack.

I have a 2g coil pack if you need one.

good luck. Im 95% sure that is the problem.

In all the cylinders put a little pit of oil in each one and do another compression test. Like a squirt or two max. This will tell you if your piston rings are fried or not. Please update on this asap.

A bad coilpack will not cause 0 compression. A bad coil pack would either cause misfires or car won't start.

same exact thing happen to me!

what happend to you ? bad coil pack gave you 0 compreshion i dont see how that would work

ill do the oil thing 2marrow also when i puld the brand new ngk spark plugs that i chaged the day after this problem started the #2 spark plug was still brand new no carbon on it at all. all the other were black why is this any onre know

all gages looked fine wasn't looking at my boost Gage the light didn't"t turn on for some odd reason and it was 2:30am so i couldn't see how many psi i was at but normally i only run 10psi temp looked fine but

my oil preshuer gage don't work needs new sending unit and i checked my oil the next day and only had maybe a half a quart of oil in it

No compression means no power or so little that its negligible. The engine needs compression to suck the air and fuel into the cylinder kind of like a vacuum cleaner if there is no vacuum no power. Anyway, do the leak down test with oil and tell us the results and we will go from there. No compression doesn't automatically mean bad piston rings.

then your head should be fine your oil ring might of went out went out do a wet compressing test chance is your rings went out if that the case time to look in to a rebuild

There's a ton of factors that cause low compression, we have to diagnose it one at a time starting from the basics.

True, tons of factors cause low compression but only a couple cause zero compression. Its either:
1) Burnt, severly bent, or broken valve.
2) Burnt piston

No amount of oil in the cylinder will bring compression up under these cicumstances. Pull your plugs and inspect them. Any have cracked insulators, melted electrodes, or oil on them? Regardless, the head needs to come off to see what went wrong.

after i put the new spark plugs in and started the car the #2 spark plug had a small amount of oil on it mabe a drop the rest were just black. the old plugs were a black and had some white stuff on them.

i had the same problem and had to rebuild me engine and i just finished it. i got no compression in the 4th, ill attach pics to show you what it looked like.

hmm i thought i got a picture of the piston but i dont. but this is because the fan blades on the turbo fell off and into the engine. the piston was tor to shreds which caused 0 compression.
