Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh not the black door handles! LOL

Pull those headlights apart and paint the inner housing black. That will look real good with that black roof. Buff the lenses as well :thumb:

she looks great.

btw: trade me front bumpers LOL my blitz is ###!

The lens are actually clear still, the pic makes them look fogged. I want to keep this looking as factory as possible, but have some go underneath the hood. I will eventually swap my suspensions over as well so this car will have Eibach sportline springs and Tokico HP struts and be lowered a bit. I need an exhaust system though. This one has a different stock replacement muffler that sounds kind of crappy and doesn't look that great either.

I actually just painted my headlight housings black, and I must say, it does look much better. Don't think of it as making your car look "non-stock," think of it as a slight update to the exterior of the car... afterall, the 97-99 headlights have a black housing.

As for the muffler and exhaust, here's my method for a cheap 2.25" "performance exhaust." Buy a 2.5" Tsudo muffler, bolt it on with some clamps and exhaust fittings from AutoZone, then gut the cat. It's worked for me... :D

Maybe I'll finally give in and get a full 3" this summer...

Well, I think everyone in the 420A section has seen this by now, and rules are rules, so it needs to be moved to the Hangout. At least your story has a happy ending...

.

See the headlights in my avatar paul. They are also the stock headlights on my 96 ;)

(just kind of hard to tell in the pic with the overcast skies)

I suggest increasing your insurance to protect yourself in the future. I'm glad no one was hurt.(human wise)

Yeah, my dad called the insurance company and put comprehensive on this car. He said my eclipse was the only car that was on our insurance that didn't have comp on it for some reason.
