Here's the deal...I read the 0-60 for my car is somewhere around 7-8 seconds....so I went out today and tried to see what I could get...my first try I got 15.53 seconds :barf: my friends automatic honda accord can get somewhere around 10.5...so I tried again, and got 14.59....Maybe I started and stopped the watch too soon/late. Is this a common time? I never thought my car was THIS slow...and all my shifts were around 6k....

There has to be something wrong, your car should be able to do 0-60 faster than 15 seconds.

It was a little wet out, but I never lost traction. I mighta started the timer then rolled back a little. Guess I will have to go out tomorrow and see if anything has changed. I was just test driving it after removing the silencer for the MAS(I know no performance gain, but was hoping for a little volume from the intake). Thanks guys, just wanted to make sure that my car is capable of faster times.

haha....sorry, what I meant was I had the window down, and never heard the tires spinning or felt the car stuttering...and my tires have <1000 miles on 'em....

That is really messed up, by buddy does a static 9 sec 0-60 time even when shifting crappy. Autos are about 9.5 secs too. :|

yea crappy driver.....im going to have to drag a friend along with me next time, and have them do all the timing...

wait how the hell where you timing yourself if your buddy wasnt in your car?????? So let me get this straight you would put it in 1st start the watch, launch, hit 2nd, then shutdown and stop the watch....???

i did that... i wasnt testing 0-60 tho, testing 2000 rpm to 6000 rpm in first. checking if my tuning on my S-AFC made a difference. i tested it many times and got very accurate timing.
