Header install, need help... am I missing some special tool? or am I !@*#& STOOPID?

WOO HOO!!! I just got my car back from the shop, I spent a whoppin' $30 and paid a guy to remove all the bolts... I hate spending money on something so "simple" but I should be able to have the header on first thing tomorrow.

The guy put the bolts back in just tight enough to get me home, but man the exhaust was choking me all the way home...

Update: more bs...

I got up today, and began removing bolts. I STILL could not get the last bolt down by the cat undone, so I just sawed through the darn thing and I now have the installation 95% complete. I just have to drill through what's left of that bolt, put another bolt through there and then tighten all the other bolts. WOO HOO!!!

Good Job, might wanna think about header wrap, your open filter is close to a very hot piece of pipe = hot engine bay temps = hot air in the intake

I have thought about that, but a friend of mine told me he knew someone who had the header wrap that caught fire... but I haven't heard too many of those stories, so I might do that anyways...
