On Ebay. Kinda strange seeing all these pieces on Ebay all at once. I remember when the only thing you could find were hoods and hatch covers for our cars on Ebay. Some of the pieces looks like pieces that we suggested for HiRev Performance to make in that CF thread. I wonder how the quality and fitment is....

Perhaps not, however, they will make a CF sunroof cover and thats heading in the right direction.

I understand CF for the doors, hood, hatch ....but come on. The factory headliner might weight 1 pound. So obviously now CF is just for looks (cosmetic)

It just looks like Gaudy Checker board crap

If I get a CF hood, I'm sandin her down and painting right over that sh!t

Whats a sun roof plug? And my car came with no headliner so I'm thinking about getting the CF one later on because getting an OEM one is pretty tough. And does anyone have a picture of the cf high rise wing?

Sunroof plug = No mechanical parts, just a CF replacement for the sunroof.

I know a guy that manufactures CF products...I was telling him to make a sunroof plug. I thought you guys wanted a plug to replace the glass of the sunroof not the whole sunroof.

Are you talking about removing the entire sunroof with the motor and tracks?

I think it could be done but it will be tough to get it to seal right

The idea of the sunroof plug is for it to be in a fixed position allowing us to remove the motor, tracks, etc. It would be to save weight.

I have seen the highrise wing in cf, it looks amazing....and I still don't see y its so hard to get a sunroof plug, I have seen them on quite a few hondas here at the beach. I don't think i have come across a cf thred yet without a sunroof plus being mentioned!

They don't even make aftermarket tail lights there rare I found one paid on ebay they were chrome but they were up to like $300 and I found one pair on craigslist but they sold like hot cakes...

I'll say that I honestly bought my hood for the looks and only for the looks 5 years ago. Not to say that I don't enjoy the added benefit of it being a huge weightsaver but it was purely for the looks back then.

Does anyone know if you can still get the carbon fiber hood wiper cowl? Mine looks like poo and would rather get a carbon fiber one than a new oem one.
