Hey guys so my 1999 Eclipse gs 2.0 non turbo had a transmission put in a little over a week ago. It’s a 5 speed trans. I go home from work yesterday and I get on my normal route about 3/4s of the way home I have no 2,4,r. I shift every time at 3,500 rpms and she’s got a brand new clutch and so I know it’s not that. What else could cause this?

Sounds like a shift cable or fork. Maybe a check ball wasn't installed correctly causing a shift lockout. Has this issue persisted since the install or did it start just yesterday?
Might also check clutch slave, pedal, fork etc to make sure it's properly functional.

Found the issue. It was in fact a cable my clip for the linkage flew off while I was driving so now I’ve gotta find a new one
