Alright, I though people just called it MSnS. With the 420/Neon Link you gave me, I just pretty much copy those settings. I know how to calibrate the sensors, it was just ignition and timing settings I wasn't sure about.

Also, will I still need the use of a timing light since the settings are in the link?

Sure. Take a look at the MS FAQ at the top of this forum for more information:

FYI, "MSnS" doesn't exist anymore. "MS1/Extra" refers to the firmware that used to be "MSnS," but you'll be running the MS2/Extra firmware with MS ("MegaSquirt").

Also, I should probably ask what tuning software is best to use? I see there was quiet a bit in that thread.

Why don't you just download the base map MSQ off of symtechlabs website??

I wasn't sure which one was the preferred one to use.

It never hurts to verify, but you don't have to.

Okay, sounds good.
TunerStudio is the standard.

Alright, thanks man.

Think it's like at the top of the msq files. Should say its for a 420a application and at the bottom for a description it should say its the base map for it. Orrrr you can type in at the top "420a" and then scroll down and find a MS2 msq file with the same/similar characteristics.
