Toronto,
K this is for all the DSM DIS-2 users, I would like to know when used at the track, race or 1/4mile, how do you take off from the line?

(ex. rev at 4000, shift then press the 2stage button.)

can someone tell me on how to take off using the DIS-2? (step-by-step)

sorry for the delay, but since no one else posted, DSM-performance had a easy and hard stutterconnection link on their webpage (its down now, however), but maybe give them a call and see if they would be kind enough to email that info from the page and just hook it up that way. Its the way mine was done before I had DSMlink, works great. uses the clutch switch and did not involve cutting a single wire on the car. Just had to remove the stereo to gain access to the clutch swith relay, jump 2 pins and connect the coil of a relay into the other pin. I thought I kept a hard copy of the instrutions when I did mine, but cant seem to locate them, Ill keep looking.

I like this method, no switch to break the concentration when driving. Just release the clutch and it automatically does it for you. I also stutter my car at 5500 RPM to prevent a bog with the 23" slicks I use (FWD). Just play with the launch limit RPM to find a setting thats good for you.
