I have a huge BOV that's got a thick cast AL mount and my FMIC is made with thick cast AL tenks (top to bottom flow) So i was thinking about welding the BOV to the FMIC on the inlet side. I figure this will take ALL pressure off the turbo when it opens since the air will be released before even meeting the FMIC core
Anyone have any long term experience with this?
I wel;ded one up on a guys GN that i use to hang with but he never ran the car much when i was there and then sold it before i could see how well it did... i went to the track with him once and he was mad that he was only runnin 11.40's instead of high 10's but i doubt the BOV was slowing him down
anyway opinions and gadvice from experience is needed
