Motor Mounts Time for DD/track Project

Hello Tuners.

I have come down to the time of putting my Motor Mounts.
I need some suggestions on what i can do or if my idea is pretty good for what i want..

I have not updated my Mods on the Mods list in my profile because i have not yet driven the vehicle to be sure how it runs or if i have to change a couple of thigns around, bt so far this is what i have done and what will go in within now to a month:

Looing for 300hp, maybe 250-275whp...

Big T28-Ported..With boost set at 17psi(adjustable regulator)if more if needed to where i can get the max out the turbo without hurting it like around 19-21psi then will run it at that..
ETS Street 7" FMIC..
Walbro 255 re-wired full pump..
Fuel Lab Mini AFPR..
Not yet done: 560cc(EVO-9 Injectors)or maybe PTE 580CC..Will run stock Injectors at 17psi until next summer, if i see fuel issues then will upgrade asap..
Not Yet done: Ceddy Mod for Fuel adjustment and Launch Control..
Full Suspension(basics);, H&R Spring with KYB Adjustable's front and rear, Rear Swaybar RM, (front is stock), Not done yetfront and rear strut bars)..
NGK Spark-Plugs & Wires..
Force Performance Exhaust Manifold..
2 gauges: AEM Wideband, Autometer Boost..
K&N Filter Kit(STM)
Force Performance Intake Pipe
2 Catch cans-PCV system side, and Turbo Intake side
Not done Yet: Tune for its best power without hurting engine-turbo

Now back to topic..

Looking to buy the Avid 3-Piece Street Kit from STM, but i also want a new Front mount which doesn't come in the kit nor by it self, i would like to know if i can put a Track-style Front mount piece or will that just be a waste and damage the other mounts or the car feel weird? i don't really want the Track kit for the reason that they are stiffer and more vibrations, although i've never driven in a car which is track kit equiped, any suggestions on that? but i was also thinking on buying an oem front mount and putting Poly insert on just that one since the other 3 would already upgraded, Since i can get the poly insert from STM for the front mount by itself, im thinking this is my best route unless you guys think that 4-piece track kit is the way to go? remember this is a DD/and track times during next summer..

why do you want motor mounts? spend your money else were. your stock mounts should not have a problem with 300hp.

If your mounts are old I have 4 poly mounts for you or you could get avid mounts if your $$$$.

Good mount do wonders for even a stock car when it comes to shifting and halting wheel hop


have you seen these for the front and rear mounts
2G polyurethane roll stops/motor mounts - DSM Classifieds

those paired with the regular Prothane or ES driver and passanger side mount make for a great setup

2 of them are worn, so might aswell replace them with solid or better then OEM for a car on its way to more WHP..

A Big T28 has greater potential than a small 16g. Besides, he doesn't require hundreds of dollars of different turbo to reach his goals.

I run a FP BT-28 ported & it's not as laggy as a Evo III 16g or the small 16g.

I got the avid 4 piece and I love it, I got the street/strip ones not stiffest but not the softest either

This right here is true!.

If for some reason i max out my T28, meaning MAX out to where i see i cant get up my 300hp-or close to 275whp, then i will go with an evo3 16G but after searching a couple of threads, this Big t28 can do it with the right Mods and plus i like the quicker spooling since dd i can't even get up to 100hp around city,s o might aswell get something quick instead of high MPH around here.. O an dmy goal is pretty much Road Races.. with this T28 i think i can do alot but we'll see what happens.

Wait you got the Street.strip one as a 4-Piece set? where from because i've been looking for them i can only find 3-piece set for Street/Strip, and only 4-piece set in full track...
