I'm getting ready to do a 6 bolt swap on my 93 gsx. Since im converting to a 6 bolt i was curious as to if i can use the same motor mounts. The donor is a 6 bolt that was in a 2g gst. I read up somewhere that i'll need the front and back mounts since the fwd motor sits up closer to the front of the car. Any feedback at all would be greatly appreciated.

The mounts should be the same. Because the only mount modification is when a 6bolt is going into a 2g, the timing belt side mount needes trimming to fit on the front of the 6bolt

And on a 2g, 3 of the mounts are on the tranny, where as the 1g 6bolt and 7bolt have 3 on the block. They should be the same.
