Hey whats up im new to the forum. But I have a 96 dodge neon, ( yea i know its a neon but screw it). The motor is blown I want to keep the car but I dont know which motor to go with. I have the money for whatever i need i just need a motor that would be the best one. I can get a 4g63 turbo motor but it is in an all wheel drive talon and i just want front wheel and i dont know if my tranny will bolt up, another motor is a 420a from a non turbo eclipse or just go with the dodge dohc 2.0 out of the r/t neon. If I can get another motor for a reasonable price let me know, and if not then just some advice on what motor i should use.

Nothing from a DSM will bolt up without some serious fabrication (this includes 2G's with a 420A motor).

Get the Neon R/T engine.
