Ok so in the near future im gonna do an overhaul of my engine and my planned setup goes as follows:

GT35R turbo
tubular exhaust manifold
FMIC (dont know what size yet)
3" turbo back exhaust
sheet metal intake manifold
Ross 8.5:1 pistons
Crower rods
AEM EMS
HKS 272/272 cams
Metal head gasket
ARP main studs
ARP rod bolts
and new bearings and gaskets for the engine
GM MAF
5 angle valve job + port and polish
titanium valve springs and retainers

i know this is a very general list of mods but i was wondering what spool time i could expect and extimated power on street and pump gas @ between 25 and 30 psi respectively.

anyone know of any better choices i could replace on my list or things that are not compatible?

this is a 6bolt engine right? What is your fuel setup you plan to use? are you going to use an external wastegate? Have you read up on higher compression pistons?

Sounds like your on the right track man!! But I dont think you can use pump gas on that much boost, correct me if im wrong though..

yes its a 6 bolt engine, wouldnt mod it if it was otherwise..
and yes i am going to use an external wastegate, probably a Tial.
and no i havnt read up on "higher compression" pistons.. 8.5 seems like a great number to work with afterall i dont like how my stock CR is like 7.8 so ide like a slightly better spool.. why am i missing something?
BTW i already have a walbro 255 fuel pump and i plan on using 800-1000CC injectors.

That is going to be a killer setup man! I only recommended reading up on the 9.0:1 pistons because although its harder to tune you might can squeeze more hp out of it than with the 8.5 (but what do I know my 6bolt build i used 8.5's)

But yeah good setup can't wait to see how it goes

No bench racing is allowed. We don't allow threads about future setups and possible times or spool or WHP. If you want to know look for someone with the same setup and check out there times or PM them.
