I've never used MMCd before, on my 2g I used pocketlogger, and on my other 1g I used dsmlink. This dsm is close to stock besides internals, but I replaced the pressure plate the other day and when I got everything put back together and tried starting the car it would rev to 800 and then die. Sometimes it would idle really crappy at 500rpms and then die after about 10 seconds. So thats when I got the logger to see if I could pull a CEL off.
When I go to the "Test" option and select "Read" it says the the Active is "Serial comm error" and in the stored it says "ECU comm error." Then when I hit erase it comes ups with 6 in the Active section, a few about ignition, one on coolant, one on crank angle sensor (Guessing thats the cam angle sensor??), and EGT. And if I hit read again it goes back to "Serial comm error" in the active section... I'm confused.
