People are using valvetrain parts ie. cams(you have to machine a slot on the intake cam for the CAS)
retainers, springs and locks( last three must be swaped in as a package) valves(There sodium-filled for reliability) Lash adjuster, Pistons(rods need machined and supporting mods required)

While all this stuff can bring benifits in an already built engine. Your money will reap better rewards from more basic mods ie. intake, some sort of tuner, fuel pump, injectors, wide band o2, boost controller, exhaust mods are great start.
