Missing Relay? my tsi wont start!

Ok so i bought a 97 tsi 2 weeks ago thinking it was a blown headgasket...well the car wont start i put new battery in and nothing plus when i looked in the oil i didnt see any antifreeze...and no oil in the anitfreeze ethier...but the car wont start or even turn over at all no sound no nothing...i went under the steering colum thinking its a electrical problem and i think there is a relay missing i dont know which 1...when i open the pass door the interior lights come on and the dorr locks (powerlocks) the lights (interior and brake and headlights) also come on when i put them on bright...when i frist turned the key to the car and turned the lights on the horn would go off...so i cut the wires to the horn...the radio wont work ethier (and its gounded) i took out the radio to se if there is a relay back there but idk if there is i cant see one i see alot of wires and what i believe to be my brain...any one with any pics of the relays under the steering colum and behind the radio are greatly appreciated and also would any 2g talon/eclipse relay fit in my 97 tsi? and an answer to my problem thanx alot
