missing..no power under a load

:dsm: 91 talon tsi just got it running...idles kinda rough(sounds kinda like a boat) put it in gear has no power and misses until it starts to rev out..its making about 9-10 psi..so i guess you can say its hesitant and doesnt pull worth a crap..what yall think? plugs? wires? timing? thanks
 
Sounds like your timing is off if it is running that bad through the rpm range. Or you have one major boost leak.

how can i check if it has boost leak
 
Check your vacuum lines, check to see if any electrial connectors are unpluged. Inspect your spark plug wires. I would just get yourself a new set of spark plugs, go with NGK BPR6ES. Thats a good start. Deffinatly check your timming too.
