Missing connections?

So I have a couple of connections in my bay I'm unsure of. I know one of the orange plugs goes to the O2 sensor and possibly I think the other goes to the fans maybe. But the others I have no idea.

2g Engine Bay Electrical Connections - Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoid Valve (Boost Control Solenoid Valve)

Third:
Yes, one is for the front O2 sensor -- the one with smooth shielding. The other one -- the one with ribbed shielding -- appears to be for the cruise control vacuum pump.

Well... considering there's only one pulse generator for an automatic, the pulse generator plug is grey, and that's a manual transmission pictured...

Ah i didnt see that was a manual. I thought there were two pulse generators, one to measure input speed and one for output speed... or is that wrong?

Forgive me -- I misspoke. There is only one pulse generator connector. It houses both the A and B pulse generators.

Ok, that makes sense. I didnt realize they shared a plug.
