Missing and Random Misfire

After redoing my timing and finally getting it right, I drove the car and it ran beautifully, for a few days... I'm now getting a P0300 Random Misfire code. Also, I started getting the code after I was running the car pretty hard one night (WOT around 90 mph) and it just shut off out of no where. I turned it back on and all seemed fine. I inspected the car and couldn't find anything wrong. Then I started getting this code. Now, when the car is idling, it kinda sounds like it is missing.

I've tried new plugs and wires. I've also rotated the CAS 180* (stock 99 CAS). No effect. Can anybody help me out here??

are the plugs good? I've had cross-fire with new plugs.

How about the MAF? Is the plug connected?

One time, I forgot to connect the plug, and started misfiring, just like you stated...

Yeah, plugs are good and the MAF is plugged in. I got a few answers on DSMLink forums. Apparently, since I have a 95 ECU and a 99 CAS, it fires the P0300 CEL. This can be disabled in link, which is fine. As far as the small missing at idle, could be as simple as my injector DT being off, I'll try those things tonight.

If you have a 95 ECU and a 98 CAS then all you have to do is switch your wires around. I use a 95 with a 98 ECU.
