Ok, while in any gear, as I gradually increase the throttle, as soon as my boost gauge climbs to ''0'' i start getting misfires and loud backfires. OMG If i try WOT boost will climb to my set 10psi and also miss and backfire. OMG Engine runs fine if I keep it in vacuum. ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! (stock 6bolt rebuild , 16g , walbro , 3inch turboback MBC set to 10psi)

Still makes sense to check it. New codes may present themselves without you even knowing, unless you check them on a constant basis. You can check it with an LED light, or buzzer from radio shack. There should be a few write ups on how its done.

I had similar problems before building boost. Found out that my boost controller tee to the bov was disconnected. I know your not suppose to do this but it eliminates flutter.

Today I did a boost leak test and unplugged the MAF to check the connections plugged it back in then started it up and let her get warm then went down the road and gave her a lil boostage and it was fine. Got going in third gear then WOT and ran perfect! :hellyeah: Thanks a lot every one for the help I appreciate it.

You may want to check that CEL, I eliminated all my emissions and it never threw a code, there is no sensors connected the the EGR or evap system so that would never throw a code. It's throwing codes for something else.
