mildly modded trying to get the most bang for my buck with the money ive got to spend

alright i have a about 1500 sitting in my pocket that i feel like spending, and well im trying to get the most out of it as far as quarter time at the track, its a daily driver that i want to play with. Its already mildly modded so i want to know what i should do to get the most time i know i need to either get dsm link or something to tune it so i want advice on that and was thinking about a bigger turbo any suggestions and if you say turbo what should i go with? Heres a list of my mods to date

t28 turbo
hks 272 cams
1g head
arp stud kit
maf translator
huge fmic
3" intercooler piping
660 injectors
tial bov
walboro 255 pump
Cometic HP head gasket
battery relocation to rear
slightly bigger exhaust aka POS



I plan on adding nitrous later so thats not a needed sugestion so im looking for what i need to do to do a dependable set of mods to the car i already have suspension work sway bars yadda yadda yadda so im guessing im going to go with a bigger turbo header waste gate (unless internally gated) exhaust fuel rail regulator and tuning software so i need sugestions with these id really like 400+whp off of my car but i doubt im going to get it off of this time around but im still new to imports and i just bought this one and am trying to do it right.... thanks for your help

18G-6SL2 turbo and a DSMLink is a good start.

You mean to tell me that it has all that and nothing to tune with? WTF.

First order of business is to check and see if your 95 ECU is an EPROM or not. If it is, it would be best to buy DSMLink because you already have a major part of the setup. Other then that, you need an AFPR. If you would like to upgrade the turbo, something like a ported Evo3 16g with an install kit would go nice with what you have already. Maxed out will do close to 400 (Before this goes into some kind of war, this is what the turbo is MAX rated at). Or, a standard TD05 20g.
