methanol fuel injection questions

had some basic questions

im currently running

98 gsx
7bolt forged internals
255 wal fuel pump 660 injectors will be upgrading to 1000cc
tdo5 20g turbo
greddy fmic

questions are whats max boost i can run?

what tempeture does methanol freeze?

where do i get the alchol to put in it?

is it safe for a motor to switch back and forth between non methanol and methanol injections? kinda like toggle on and off?

are you wanting to run pure alcohol, or do a methanol/water injection? the water injection kits tap into the intake and spray the methanol mix in with the air to give an intercooler effect, as well as a sort of octane booster when youre under high boost. I believe AEM makes a meth/water injection kit, you should check it out, it explains a lot on how it works. The AEM kit is also cool because it has a lot of safetys built into it (low fluid level, bad feeder signal, low fuel pressure, etc), and will automatically shut off if it senses ANY fault at all in the any part of the system that drives it... I hear their pumps are kinda loud though.

You can use windshield washer fluid (not the stuff with glycol in it, or other things for taking off bugs and such), since it's roughly a 50/50 mix of distilled water and methanol. it's actually recommended that you DONT run pure methanol due to how flammable it is
