Has anyone painted their headlights with metalcast paint? Thinking of going with a black chrome look for my 2ga headlights, but not sure how that paint would work on plastic

it will work just fine if you scuff the plastic with 400 grit and lay down a coat or two of adhesian promoter. i used the red metalcast on some interior trim pieces on a focus 2 years ago with the same method and it still looks great.
