meghan racing springs

ok guys i got the meghan racing lowering springs awhile ago and now i am notcing that my car is boucing around alot with results in my front bumper smacking the ground alot...how can i fix this problem... or are theres some kinda of bumper protectors that i can put on that look good.

I'm willing to bet that his shocks gave out because his springs blew them. I have koni's with megan springs and for what little I drove it the car handled pretty good. Didn't honda bounce.
