So the wife had picked me up a set of kyb agx's for my bday. I'm looking at picking up a set of lowering springs for my 95' gs. I've been looking at either the Tein S' type or Tanabe DF210. Any reviews would be of help. I do have a budget of around $160 I know its not much but I should be able to pick up something reasonable in that price range. And I'm not opposed to getting a used set I just haven't found anything yet.

I thought about the Megan's but I didn't want to drop it that low. And I can get a set of Tein's for $170 Shipped.

You could set your money on fire, or buy Megans/Teins.

Buy proper springs; Eibach or H&R

+ on Eibach or H&R

save your money for a few more weeks and get a better quality part. Take a look at the classifieds as well they might have some lightly used ones for a good price.

I vote for H&R Springs, Then Eibachs. If you want softer, Teins are softer of the 3 if you don't want much added performance and will keep your kybs alive longer

So H&R sport or Eibach Pro-kit. Out of the two which has a softer ride. I know they are both stiffer then stock. But out of the two which is a better choice for a daily drive? And after settling what would I be looking at the final amount of drop?

well I picked up a set of H&R. Now I have to wait a week and then install them. Then the fun times start.

I have run Tein lowering springs before. They are mainly geared for looks rather than performance. I vote for Eibach.

I got a Prokit with AGXs and I like the ride. Switched from Tokicos, which I thought were garbage. I have have several cars and all with the Prokit and KYB set up on all of them. Two great brands. I got over 100k miles on a set of AGXs before.

Recommend replacing the strut mount too while your at it...
