Same here, I have it and the plate bushings really made everything solid. Quite the difference.

I had two nuts on that piece. Look at where it is man, every time I move the shifter I was wrenching that nut loose. I had a lock washer and another not tightened against it and it still came loose after a month or so every time.

Yes I knew the cause of it. That piece not being machined right. How was I supposed to fix it? Ghetto rig more pennies in it?

The $80 is was well worth it to me to have a perfect fitting shifter that does everything it is supposed to.

These knock-off shifters are just like all the other knock-off stuff. You may get lucky, you may not. Good for those of you who do.

Double checked everything today nuts are still tight and purple piece lines up flush and almost no play at all. Im happy with my it.

Well if it is useful to anyone, I have a B&M. I was using it until about two weeks ago when it seemed really sloppy. So I took it off to tighten up the adjustable piece. The bolt in it snapped so I am waiting on a friend to machine me a new one.
