So I just installed my Megan short shifter I purchased off of Extremepsi.com and it only took about 20 minutes including disassembly of center console. Very easy. It actually seemed to make shifting more acurate, no wiggling it in to first anymore. Reverse seems a bit of a pain, but I know it all varies on the condition of your transmission. I had to trim around the inside of the boot a bit to make it able to go into first, simple and looks factory. Also cut down the leather boot itself.
At 50% its almost unreal since I'm not use to a short shifter. Love it. For 50 some'on dollars, worth it.
