I have a 91 tsi, 14b with stock o2 housing. Im using all 3" Megan DP, testpipe/resonator, and cat back. It should bolt up right? There is a gap of about 2", almost as if the test pipe is too short but it was supposed to be made for it. Extremely frustrating since I paid extra to have it all bolt up. Am I missing something or is megan just garbage?

I don't think you are missing anything. I have the same exhaust except for a MAP o2 housing. Mine is the correct length, but it rubs on the driveshaft, and the rear subframe. Also the hangers didn't line up. I massaged it some with a torch and bent it enough that it works now, but it is next on my list of thing to replace.

figured out the stock cat is supposed to be 17.5", the megan resonator that is supposed to be a direct replacement is only 16 1/8". I ended up making a test pipe that fits perfect. I think they expect you to be running the stock downipe in which case you will need to use their adapter from stock to 3". Pretty ridiculous since its an $80 part that is supposed to work with their system, I would've just bought a cheap ass test pipe if I knew it wasn't going to fit anyway.
