Me vs. 95 Dodge Neon Sport.

Ok....

I raced a 95 Neon Sport with a 99 2.0L engine.

the ONLY mods he has is a Muffler.


And I pulled beside him at 63MPH
and I hammered the GAS
and he pulled away from me and he Kept gaining...

why?


The ONLY mods I have is a K&N and Cut Airbox and No Cat.

my Engine is in good condition.
and I still lost....

this doesn't seem right to me. Any ideas?

My turbo in good Condition.

I think my BCS is restricting me?

any ideas?

yeah those neons are slow as hell, i mean 150 hp in a 2500 lb car? ya gotta give them respect (only the DOHC, and the new SRT-4) my frinds 98 neon with a 99 swap (due to oil pan incedent with origional engine) he ended up with a R/T engine and tranny. quick as hell, what do those pull? i have heard of mid to high 15s. but yes you should have beat him or at least walked him if you were stock, ya got probs dude.

case in point: no need to shit on other cars cause you think theyre slow, i hate how this forum seems to be going downhill.
