MBC not working right

I recently just put a new evo3 16g on because my old one took a crap... and my manual boost controller does not work on my new setup. It worked great on my last 16g and held boost at 12psi and then i put it on the new one and its always wide open, no matter how i adjust it. Do i maybe have to adjust the actuator rod or anything? any imput would be great. thanks

it almost has 2 be the actuator rod. I've seen this happen numerous times and its always a good starting point when fixxing these problems

Make sure you have all the hoses hooked up correctly first.

I have my boost source from my j-pipe and then the other hose to my wastegate actuator, and i even flipped the lines around on the mbc. still the same. i guess i will try to adjust the rod and see what happens, ill keep u guys updated.
