MBC Not working

My 2g has a MBC it is hooked put to the lower i/c pipe and the waste gate, I have a Blitz turbo timer that works as a boost gauge in hkpa, i did the conversions and no matter how much i play with the mbc i'm only pushing .66 hkpa aprox 9.5 lbs is it a gauge problem or a mbc problem thanks.

Ok I fixed it, after playing with it I now have it at 18lbs. If anyone has Boost Level suggestions I'll take them because I'm a bit worried about 18lbs but then again I think it might be good. Thanks for all who helped.

Stock fuel system, 15psi. Once you have a logger, you can turn it up a bit according to the logger, make sure your safc is zeroed out for now. Good luck.
