Here's a chart from a stand alone manual that lists the maximum available pulse-width or duty cycle in 500 RPM increments all the way to 13,000 RPM.
The chart on the left is for "batch fire" and "multi-point injection" modes, while the column/chart on the right is for sequential injection on a 4 cylinder..
One thing to note is that a factory DSM computer goes into batch fire under WOT conditions, so even though it's called sequential injection you cannot use those figures for your max IDC on the DSM ECU.
Here ya go, you may have to hit the button on the bottom right of the pic labeled "full size" to read it (i do).
Remember, this chart is for 100% available IDC% (not 80%)...
To find 80% just take the number and multiply it by .80 ...example 80% IDC at 8k RPM is 6.0 ms
