Massive Knock - Help Please

I have been having this problem with knock for awhile and am really lost at this point as to what could be causing it. I am getting 15 degrees of knock retard and it happens almost instantly whenever I try to do a WOT pull from lower rpm. Car idles and cruises fine, I just checked my timing belt is installed correctly, base timing set to 5* BTDC, installed BR8ES plugs, new OEM knock sensor, running an evo8 adjusted timing map with lower timing than stock 1G. Here is a list of mods and a log from DSMlink of what is going on:

2.3L, Wiseco 9:1 Pistons, ARP Head Studs, MLS Head Gasket, SBR G60 Turbo, SBR Exhaust Manifold, SBR O2 Housing-recirculating, Tial 38mm EWG, SBR street fmic, Fuel Lab afpr, Walbro 255hp fuel pump, FIC 850cc injectors, VRS 3" turbo back exhaust, AEM wideband, MBC, Autometer Boost/Oil Gauges, DSMlink V3
