i have a 91 laers 1.8 sohc wont start.....gettin fuel getting fire .....when i finally do get it started it runs at like 100 to 200 rpms and have no throttle response.....now while it is runnin for the 2 minutes i can keep it goin i unplug the mas and nothing changes them the tps the the other sensor thing i for get what it is on the tb but no changes i even swapped out the ecm nothing i have changed every sensor on the car every relay on the car still have the same problem just haven used new parts just used ones i have layin round the shop in stock.....and this all started after i changed the flywheel and clutch and put in an actual laser trans instead of the talon trans i had in there and there is no crank sensor ..............can some one gimmie a heads up?
 
forgot to add something its also floodin out seems that might be an issue too but not sure somepone help
 
If your plug wires are bad they will allow the spark to sort against the sides of the spark plug well. My car did this once, I would give it throttle and it would only die out. I changed the plugs and changed the wires and it completely rid me of the problems. If you haven't replaced these things then I would, worst off is it isn't the problem but you still have new plugs and wires.
 
already tried that bro i even plled them out and it seems as if they were soaked and i mean like the car was flooded it wont even start with startin fluid
 
I had a wire break off my coolant temp sensor a while back that made the car very difficult to start.
 
i just went out and replaced the temp sensor and upon closer inspection the wire was bad and i replaced the wire end and what not and the sending unit while i was at it but to no avail it still wont start i mean it will do what its been doin since i changed the clutch and flywheel it will start sometimes and run at like less than 150 rpms for like 1 minute but then it shuts back off
 
What The #### Is Wrong With This Damn Thing I Thought I Knew Everything There Was To Know About It Guess I Was Wrong Is It The Ecu ???????
